Mother's Day Marks Start of Rock Creek's Sunday Dinners

After only two months in operation, Rock Creek
Restaurant will begin serving Sunday dinners beginning May 8, Mother's Day.
The Mother's Day dinner will run from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. All other Sunday
dinners will be served from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and reservations will be

In announcing its Mother's Day opening and extended Sunday hours, Rock
Creek owners Judy Hammerschmidt and Tom Williams said that they are
responding to an overwhelming request from patrons to be open seven days a
week. "Now that we have refined our menu and are beginning to build a
foundation of regular customers, we want to let them know we are listening
and willing to accommodate their requests," explained Hammerschmidt.
In addition to Sunday dinner, Rock Creek also offers a carryout dinner
service available Monday through Thursday for curbside pickup between 5:00
pm and 7:30 pm.
Located in Bethesda, Maryland, Rock Creek is the first upscale restaurant
in the Washington metropolitan area to offer only nutritionally balanced
meals for today's conscientious diner in an elegant setting, or if they
choose, taken home to enjoy in the comfort of their own kitchens. For more
