Pharmessen, Inc. Obtains Trademark

Pharmessen, Inc. today announced that their
application for a registered trademark for SLIMTRAX as a Principal Food
Supplement Product has been granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office. Pharmessen Inc. received registration number 2,933,239.
"The granting of the trademark is an exciting addition to Pharmessen's
expanding portfolio of products and will differentiate Pharmessen's
products from our competitors," said Dr. Dusan Ninkov, President and
Chairman of Pharmessen, Inc. Pharmessen Inc. is also planning to advance
outside of the U.S. by registering Trademarks in Europe and Asia, where
Pharmessen already exports its products. "Our goal is to make Pharmessen
