MAINZ, GERMANY -- 04/26/2005 -- Coattec Industries, Inc. ("Coattec") (OTC: CTCK) announced today that the Board of Directors of Coattec has ratified an additional license to market the Coattec products in all of the South American and Far East countries. This license was acquired from European Environmental Technology Corporation, Ltd. for 3 billion shares of Coattec's shares of common, restricted stock with a "no royalty" provision. Coattec presently holds the license to manufacture and distribute the Coattec coating products which consists of construction products such as housewraps and roofing foils that inhibit mold with its antibacterial coating. Coattec has registered the trademarks "COATFLEX," "COATTECFLEX" and "DIFFLEX" with the US Patents and Trademarks Office. Coattec also announces the appointment of Mr. Nicholas Alexander as Secretary and Director to replace interim Secretary and Director, J.A. Claydon.
