MortgageWing.com Launches First Ever Wholesale Lender Event For Lenders To Compete

On Saturday, May 21, 2005, MortgageWing.com will open the doors of the Pomona Fairplex for a full day of competition for home loans. When attendees go to "Your Dream Mortgage" 2005, they will be able to shop up to 20 lenders with a single application and credit report.

Unlike the typical home loan expo, lenders will not occupy booths for borrowers to approach and be sold on a particular loan program. Borrowers will come in the door, have their applications taken, and credit run. This information will be passed on to a group of five lenders who will then give their best quote. After borrowers see the quotes, they will have an opportunity to choose the loan that is best for them, open escrow and title and even order their appraisals that day.

"This event will save borrowers weeks off the normal wait time for a home loan," according to April Minot, president of MortgageWing.com. Minot says that "if you bring your documentation to the event, and choose a loan program that day, you can go home with a loan in progress."

This event is for people who want to buy a home, refinance their current loan, and investors.
