VeriSMART Software Inc. Appoints New President And CEO

SAN JOSE, Calif. (EWORLDWIRE) Apr 18, 2005

A developer of highly scalable and reliable simulation testing for software or hardware,veriSmart Software Inc. has appointed Mike Hess as president and CEO, effective April 12. Hess brings 30 years of general management, financial and engineering experience, primarily in early stage companies, where most recently he was the founder and CEO of Mobile Everywhere, a mobile software platform. Hess, a serial entrepreneur, also co-founded etNetworks and Lightwave Microsystems, which was acquired.

Hess said that veriSMART is in what he called "beta stage," conducting trials with customers. He would not disclose the names of the trial customers or how many the company has.
