Omni Alliance Group Announces RadMaxx International Unveils Future Product Line in Advance of Nationwide Franchise Roll-out

ORLANDO, Fla., April 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Omni Alliance Group Inc. is pleased to announce that their wholly owned subsidiary, RadMaxx International has unveiled the first phase of their future product line on their website (www.radmaxx.com). Their product line will be featured in their nationwide franchise dealerships, which will be rolled out nationwide starting in 2005.

"We are excited to be able to preview the variety of products that will be available to consumers across the United States in the near future," stated David Rethelford, President of RadMaxx International, Inc.

Some of the products featured include the SX-E0906 Golf Trike, the BOA Treeter, and the WZSS001 Sea Scooter. RadMaxx International recently announced that they have signed an agreement with Xposure Group to help build the RadMaxx brand and image. Xposure Group clientele include Cadillac, Publix Supermarkets, and McDonald's .

Omni Alliance Group recently announced that it released on its corporate website, its un-audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2004, with total revenues for the year of approximately $389,000.
