VIP Systems(TM) Signs a New Agreement With the Dinerstein Companies

First Capital International, Inc. , the Designer and Manufacturer of its prepackaged VIP Systems(TM) www.VipSystems.us)">, a state-of-the-art Video Surveillance Security Solution, announced today that the Company has signed an Agreement to provide a Home Automation Integration Solution for the new state-of-the-art North Ocean Project located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, with the Dinerstein companies -- a Houston-based, nationwide, full-service Real Estate Company.

The Company reports that under the Terms of the Agreement, VIP Systems(TM) will provide a full Showroom for the Project, as well as the initial level of Home Automation features for each of the units within the Project.

"Our Home Automation integration will make this Project one-of-a-kind in the area and will allow the Developer to market it truly as a 'Home of the Future,'" said Alex Genin -- CEO and President of the Company. Mr. Genin went on to further state: "We are especially excited that the Dinerstein Companies -- such an experienced and well-known Developer -- will be offering our Home Automation product line through their new development project in Ft. Lauderdale."
