Gold Rush Realty Investments Announces Appointment of Michael Reynolds to Its Board of Directors

SPRINGFIELD, Tenn., March 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Gold Rush Realty Investments Inc. a company partly owned by eMax Holdings Corporation , announces the appointment of Michael Reynolds to its Board of Directors.

Michael Reynolds has spent the last six years in the Investor Relations, Financial Public Relations, and has 11 years of experience in the IT and media development industries.

Michael began his entrepreneurial career in 1997. He created an online marketing firm, R&R Marketing Group, Inc., based out of St. Louis, Mo., to globally market and sell one of the first true Windows and Internet optimization and enhancement programs. After two years, a compatible platform was developed that proved numerous improvements upon the Microsoft Windows 95 and 98 operating systems. This technology was later tested by Key Labs, Inc., one of the largest third-party testing facilities in the world, which also conducts testing for corporate giants such as Microsoft, Dell, Intel and many others. The final testing proved speed increases equal and greater than 300% in the Windows 95 and 98 operating systems. R&R Marketing Group, Inc. was acquired by a venture capital group based out of Winter Park, Fla. A new company was created called Skreem.com Corporation that became publicly listed on the OTCBB as (SKRM). Michael led the position of VP and headed the continual updates and research regarding the software.

Since then, Michael has been heavily involved in the investment community. He has been engaged in analyzing and predicting stock movements and aggressively developing trade strategies in the foreign exchange market on a short-term and long-term investment basis. He has recently created an IR/PR investment firm called Reynolds World Investment Enterprises, LLC. Originally created for currency investments, RWIE has continued to grow into a cross multi-market (FX and U.S. stocks) investment firm.
