Nesco Industries, Inc.'s Wholly Owned Subsidiary Hydrogel Design Systems, Inc. Announces First Order under a Supply Agreement with Noble Fiber Technologies, Inc.

LANGHORNE, Pa., March 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hydrogel Design Systems, Inc. ("HDS") a subsidiary of Nesco Industries Inc. (NESCO) announced today that it is in the process of completing the first 50,000 piece order under a supply agreement, previously announced December 10th, 2004 with Noble Fiber Technologies, Inc. HDS and Noble have developed a line of advanced wound care products under the brand name SilverSeal(r), utilizing HDS' advanced hydrogel manufacturing technologies and Noble's X-STATIC(r) silver technology platform. The FDA has already granted 510(k) clearance to market the product.
