Joakim Olsson, new President and CEO of Haldex

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Joakim Olsson, at present CEO of ABB in Brazil, will succeed Claes Warnander as President and CEO of Haldex AB as of June 1, 2005.

Joakim Olsson, M.Sc.ME, is 39 years old with a solid career within ABB, beginning in Sweden and USA, then CEO of ABB's transformer company in Germany, thereafter globally responsible for the ABB power transformer operations headquartered in Switzerland and as of late CEO of ABB in Brazil.
