UniView Technologies And Datang Software Of China Sign Joint Venture Agreement For RFID China Project

A wholly owned subsidiary of VPGI Corp. , uniView Technologies Corp. and Datang Software Technologies have signed an agreement to jointly establish an RFID technology team in China. This will create a new working team structure devoted to the RFID area within the existing company infrastructure. Both parties will be responsible for building and assembling the RFID technology team. Datang and uniView will mutually work on the business development in the RFID area in China's domestic market. The company will provide the RFID products, technology and solutions from the United States.
