Radmaxx International 'Kicker FX' Featured on MTV 'Cribs'

ORLANDO, Fla., March 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Omni Alliance Group Inc. is pleased to announce that their wholly owned subsidiary Radmaxx International's "Kicker FX" was recently featured on an episode of MTV "Cribs."

In the episode of MTV "Cribs" featuring Ryan Pinkston, star of "Spy Kids 3D," "Kickin' It" and MTV's "Punked" showed off his Radmaxx Kicker FX and even called it his "Speed Demon." Ryan Pinkston recently added Radmaxx's home page to his home page favorite sites, http://www.ryanpinkston.com/RP_FavSites.htm.

Omni Alliance Group is currently working on a distribution strategy to open "neighborhood" retail locations and will be offering Radmaxx franchises by the second quarter of this year. The Company's goal is to begin offering a variety of PEVs (Personal Electronic Vehicles) through franchised dealers nationwide by 2006. Initial marketing of franchises will focus in the southeast United Sates upon the submission of its uniform offering circular (UFOC) with the appropriate state agencies.

The franchised dealer network to be marketed will feature a turn key success oriented sales, service, and rental operation. Radmaxx will offer a variety of leading quality oriented manufacturer's equipment and also begin to showcase proprietary Radmaxx designs incorporating the latest in technology and performance. Products will range from youth oriented equipment to high-performance modes of electric transportation.
