Nettel Holdings Releases Ongoing Updates
Nettel Holdings, Inc. subsidiary,
VoipEscrow.net , Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7,
WKN 727487), releases ongoing updates.
Entec Software, Inc.
Entec Software has recently received an order from a large manufacturer for
1.2 million software packages to be distributed into retail stores. We have
been working with this buyer for the past few months and the decision to go
forward was made about three weeks ago. Under the agreement, the software
products will be packaged along with existing products. The software will
be used as a promotional idea. Their products are distributed in many of
the major retail outlets. This will be a repeat order every quarter. Their
target date to get the software products into the stores is planned by
second quarter 2005. The buyers have recently completed a tour of our Entec
Software office in Vietnam. Details of the terms will be released upon
final agreements.
VoipEscrow.net
VoipEscrow is in discussions, and will be issuing licenses to several
escrow companies and financial institutions in Europe, U.S., and Asia.
As part of the licenses program, VoipEscrow will install a fully
functional, customized version of VoipEscrow Server at each location. Some
will be under VoipEscrow brand name while others will be under the
partner's own brand name. VoipEscrow will receive an initial setup fee and
a monthly royalty revenue. The terms and conditions are still under
discussion at this time.
Expanding our horizons by strategic partnership is a major component of our
VoipEscrow business model. Our private label program expands our reach
while providing our partners an opportunity to add high technologies to
their list of services. The Private Label solution provides our customers
with easy access to this unique business tool.
AVOP
AVOP has signed up over 150 buyers and sellers in the past 30 days. As of
this date things have gone well. We had to make several changes and
upgrades to our system since then. It is still too early to give any
prediction or projections as our new team continues working with clients
and the new system.
PhoneZoo & IPTalks
Both Phonezoo and IPTalks divisions are in the process of closing an
agreement with a major Australian telecom provider who will start
distributing our prepaid calling cards there. Our gateways have been
installed there since the 3rd quarter of last year. We are in the last
stages of negotiating similar agreements with telecom companies in other
countries where we had already placed gateways in anticipation of such
interest.
Nettel is very much on track with every direction we're going. Our intent
is to guide each area into independence from our management team. We must
remain flexible while helping new ventures learn to be on their own when at
all possible.
