Cody Ventures Corporation Launches Its Grand Prairie, Texas Publication, Anticipates Results Being a Break Through Increase in Revenues

Tarja Mees, Chief Executive Officer of Cody Ventures Corporation announced an early second quarter launch of its second local Tidbits publication in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas Metroplex. The publication will be titled Tidbits of Grand Prairie, with distribution to a population of approximately 130,000 people. Grand Prairie's large and diverse business community should provide Cody with significant revenue from advertising sales.

Mrs. Mees expressed excitement about Cody's first expansion step, a prelude to its Metroplex publication master plan. In expanding its Tidbits publication areas throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas Metroplex and creating high weekly circulation, Cody believes it could be positioned to be a likely candidate for a merger or acquisition by any one if the leading national publishing corporations.

Mrs. Mees further reiterated that, "Cody's subsidiary Cody Ventures, Inc., is an advertising, printing and publishing company, specializing in providing Texas communities with a free weekly trivia and advertising publication called Tidbits, under contract with the national publisher, Tidbits Media, Inc. Cody has successfully launched its initial publication, Tidbits of the Best Southwest Communities & Ellis County, with over 100 weekly issues in print. The company's expansion is intended to create an expected circulation in excess of 3 million copies monthly and eventually result in revenues possibly exceeding $30 million annually with up to 45% profit margins."
