Cody Ventures Corporation (CDYV) Prepares to Launch Additional Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas Metroplex Tidbits Publications

Tarja Mees, Chief Executive Officer of Cody Ventures Corporation , announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Cody Ventures, Inc., has successfully negotiated an agreement with Tidbits Media, Inc. for the publishing rights for the entire Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas Metroplex area to publish and distribute weekly Tidbits publications.

Mrs. Mees went on to say, "As previously announced on October 22, 2004 (MARKET WIRE), the Company had executed an agreement on October 1, 2004, to acquire Cody Ventures, Inc., also of Cedar Hill, Texas, in an exchange involving the issuance of 4,170,000 shares of Cody Ventures Corporation for all the shares of Cody Ventures, Inc.

(CVI)," Mrs. Mees stated, "is an advertising, printing and publishing Company, specializing in providing Texas communities with a free weekly trivia and advertising publication called Tidbits, under contract with the national publisher, Tidbits Media, Inc. CVI has successfully launched its weekly Tidbits publication with 100 weekly issues in print. CVI has set in place a solid distribution network, and is preparing at this time to aggressively market advertising sales. Additionally, with adequate expansion capital, Cody Ventures, Inc. is prepared to launch 17 additional Tidbits publications in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, establishing itself as the preferred entertainment/advertisement medium in the region.
