Syndesis Appoints Vice President, Global Services

John Lochow, President and CEO of Syndesis, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Jag Siva to the position of Vice President, Global Services. In this role, Mr. Siva is responsible for ensuring the company's customers and partners around the world receive the service delivery and support necessary to successfully implement and operate Syndesis' carrier-class service provisioning, reconciliation and network optimization solutions.

Prior to joining Syndesis in January of 2000, Mr. Siva was with Bell Canada where he served in a variety of senior roles within Bell Advanced Communications (BAC)/Bell Nexxia and Bell Solutions. He also worked on several of Bell Canada's next generation service offerings, including Managed Network Services, Bell Enterprise Business Network, Sympatico, and Highway 407.

Mr. Siva's background also includes stints at Microage/Compucenter, Hailey Griffin and WSIB as a Network Integration Consultant and Program Manager. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University.
