Investor Alert, Wednesday's Aggressive Stock Trading

eLocity's stocks to watch for Wednesday are -- MEM Financial Solutions, Inc. , Oracle Corp. , Charter Communications, Inc. , Amazon.com Inc. .

Aggressive stock traders and investors, have a look at MEM Financial Solutions, Inc. , a licensed Mortgage Broker in New York and in Florida, with concerted efforts being made to obtain licensing in every state in the union by year-end 2005. Tuesday after the closing bell the company issued a press release announcing that the due diligence process on pending acquisition of Integrity Research, Inc. is moving ahead of schedule. The company said that it believes that the acquisition of Integrity Research, Inc. will be completed no later than February 28, 2005, and once completed, there will be additions to the board of directors of MEM Financial Solutions, Inc.

Integrity Research, founded in Feb. 2003, is an Authorized Title Agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company. During the first year of business Integrity received 502 orders to be processed totaling $56,299,300.00. During the second year of business, 667 orders were processed totaling $74,804,050.00. Integrity Research also does settlement closings for approximately 35 lending institutions and other title agencies.

MEM Financial Solutions, Inc. , founded in 1999, has produced double-digit growth annually since its inception. The company said that revenues are expected to exceed $75 million for 2004, up from $42 million reported last year. MEM also said that, due to the booming housing market, it also anticipates a 12%-15% compounded yearly growth that can be furthered by the rapid expansion currently planned, including pursuing new acquisitions of Title abstract companies, settlement agencies, mortgage brokerages, and federally chartered banks.

MMFS closed Tuesday at $1.10, up 5 cents, or 4.76 percent.

Oracle Corp.

Business software company Oracle Corp. announced Tuesday the combined Oracle and PeopleSoft product roadmap and support plans, and also detailed plans for "Project Fusion," a next generation information-oriented architecture and application set supporting the best features, flows and usability traits of Oracle, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products. Oracle said that the new "Project Fusion" is a new information age architecture based on industry standards, and modularized for flexible deployment, optimal performance and easy maintenance. Oracle said the initial Project Fusion applications would be available in 2007, and that Project Fusion applications suite delivery would be available in 2008.

ORCL closed Tuesday's regular trading session at $13.78 on volume of 60.69 million shares.

Charter Communications, Inc.

Cable company, Charter Communications, Inc., announced Tuesday the appointment, effective immediately, of Robert May as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Robert May currently serves as the director of Charter and Chairman of the Board of HealthSouth Corp. The company said the appointment follows the resignation of Carl Vogel as President, CEO and a director of the company, whose employment contract with Charter was due to expire at the end of 2005. Charter said that the agreement was reached mutually.

CHTR closed Tuesday's regular trading session at $1.92 on volume of 32.52 million shares.

Amazon.com Inc.

Online specialty retailer Amazon Services Inc., an Amazon.com subsidiary, and luxury lifestyle brands provider Diane von Furstenberg -- DVF -- announced Monday evening a multi-year agreement under which, DVF plans to launch a new website and online magazine powered by Amazon Services e-commerce technology. Amazon Services said it will build and maintain the DVF Studio website, while DVF Studio will have complete day in and day out control over the content of the site including all images, product offerings, product descriptions and other content that will enhance the shopping experience.

AMZN closed Tuesday's regular trading session at $44.58 on volume of 7.1 million shares.
