Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Shareholders Meeting

Universal Communication Systems, Inc. company chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today the results of the company's Annual Shareholders Meeting, that took place on November 30th, 2004, at the company's offices in Miami, Florida.

Of the 198,874,253 shares eligible to vote, 140,057,481 placed their votes either directly or by proxy. This represents 70.43% of all shareholder votes. Of the votes counted for the re-election of directors, 99.79% voted to re-elect the directors to the Board: Michael Zwebner, Alexander H. Walker, Jr., Curtis A. Orgil, Ramsey Sweis and Ami Elazari. The shareholders also ratified by 93.82% of voted shares, the re-selection of Reuben E. Price, P.A. as the company's independent auditors for the current fiscal year.

The Chairman, in a statement issued, said: "The continuing support of the overwhelming number of shareholders reflects investor and shareholders' strong interest and confidence in the current management team. The company has, since last year, further developed its business, its products and systems in the new and exciting field of 'water from air' technologies, as well as continued to build the business of all aspects of Photo Voltaics Solar Energy, (PV) in the ever growing Solar Industry. Our corporate plans, despite many en route stumbling blocks, continues to be well executed, and we are making positive progress in all aspects of the business and its ongoing development. We look forward to a good oncoming year in 2005."
