ThunderCloud Wi-Fi/Wireless Initiative Succeeding
Project Continues to Gain Ground and Meet Key Milestones

Last year, Zeros & Ones, Inc. announced ThunderCloud -- a unifying wireless services and technology
solution geared towards integrating a number of existing and to-be-acquired
technology holdings. ThunderCloud integrates, interoperates, and adds
value and convergence capabilities to the wireless broadband and Wi-Fi
market.
Today, the company is pleased to report that it has made substantial
strides in most of the key areas of development.
The central mission of ThunderCloud, according to project plans, is to
"create a world without wires where users won't need to know anything about
the alphabet soup of communications standards out there... they'll just
experience the blazing power of constantly-connected convergence wherever
they go."
To support that mission, the Connection Services specification of
ThunderCloud has been expanded to embrace and extend other derivatives of
Wi-Fi including 802.11e, 802.11n, 802.11i, and 802.16 (WiMax) as they have
been ratified and put into place by the IEEE, Wi-Fi Foundation, FCC, and
other governing bodies. The specification already supported 802.11a,
802.11b, and 802.11g along with a number of other
non-Wi-Fi wireless standards such as BlueTooth, IrDA, RFID, and cellular.
In particular, 802.11e addresses quality-of-service issues and ensures the
timely delivery of data packets. That's especially important for streaming
applications, such as videoconferencing, and it will be vital as businesses
move toward using Voice over IP on their wireless networks. ZROS has also
added MEA (Mesh Enabled Architecture) support for a previously undisclosed
layer of the ThunderCloud Architecture called Peer Services. The result is
that one ThunderCloud-enabled device will be able to establish a network
connection with another to find "The Cloud" even if a more direct access
point is not in immediate range. The Company will detail ThunderCloud Peer
Services along with a group of other associated achievements in the coming
weeks.
ZROS' recent successful cancellation of 63,308,000 shares has provided the
means by which it intends to complete a number of announced
acquisitions-in-process that are intended to add specific capabilities to
the ThunderCloud Global Services layer. This includes RocketStream-powered
videoconferencing and aspects of the RocketStream Network Digital Payload
Delivery System.
The Company has a number of yet-to-be-announced developments in the area of
content and applications that are expected to fill the Global Service
pipeline of ThunderCloud.
"Global Services will be what users see when they 'Plug into the Cloud' so
we expect it to be the most lucrative part of the ThunderCloud value line,"
said Robert J. Holtz, CEO of Zeros & Ones. "Our strategic relationships,
acquisition-targets, and funding talks center on fully exploiting that in
two key ways. First, by making it faster and easier than ever to connect
to the wireless Internet as it stands today -- in all its forms -- so that
'All Roads Lead to ThunderCloud.' Second, we will attract and retain many
more people to the wireless lifestyle by adding substantial new features,
benefits, and capabilities that advance the state of the art by several
orders of magnitude. The two thrusts support and feed one another."
"There was a time when people thought Wal-Mart was a joke run by country
bumpkins, that Microsoft would get steamrollered by IBM, and Southwest
Airlines would get eaten alive by the national airlines. At one point,
each of these companies was unknown, underrated, and undervalued. Yet each
has obliterated the market's average return in their group once they were
able to deploy their distinct strategic advantage," said Mark M. Laisure,
President of Zeros & Ones. "I believe ThunderCloud gives ZROS that kind of
long-reaching potential. Not just because we pioneered convergence but
because we continue to clearly define and articulate where convergence is
going and this time people will hear our thunder."
Founded in 1994, Zeros & Ones, Inc. creates technologies and
applications that advance broadband wireless and digital convergence. Its
clients and strategic partners, past and present, include some of the
world's most recognizable names in computing and entertainment.
This news release contains forward-looking statements, including but not
limited to, those that refer to the Company's future development plans or
operating results. Actual results could differ materially from those
anticipated due to risk factors that include, but are not limited to, lack

of products, services and technologies; inadequate capital; adverse
government regulations; competition; breach of contract; inability to earn
revenue or profits; dependence on key individuals; inability to obtain or
protect intellectual property rights; inability to obtain listing for the
company's securities; lower sales and higher operating costs than expected;
technological obsolescence of the Company's products; limited operating
