Click Tactics Names Phillip J. Riese to Board of Directors

Former President of American Express Consumer Cards Services Group to Lend Expertise on Financial Services Marketing

Click Tactics, Inc., an innovator in the production and execution of complex direct marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies around the world, today announced Phillip J. Riese has been named to the company's board of directors.

Mr. Riese is the former president of the American Express Consumer Cards Services Group, where he spent 18 years of his career developing, marketing and servicing charge and credit card products for consumers in the United States. During that time, Mr. Riese and his team were credited for the successful turnaround of the flagship business of American Express.

Mr. Riese is currently president of RIESE & OTHERS, an advisory and consultancy group. He previously served as CEO of AirClic Inc., a web-based software and services company focused on the mobile information services industry, and CEO of OptiMark, a company providing exchange solutions to electronic marketplaces and communities globally.

Mr. Riese holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Leeds University in the UK, an MBA from the University of Cape Town, and a Masters Degree in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Sloan Fellow.

Mr. Riese joins the other Click Tactics board members, including Frawley; Raghavendran; and Michael Elliott, partner at the Wakefield Group.
