Wave Dispersion Technologies Sea Shield 2004 Conference Presentation: Maritime Port Security Buoys and Barriers

Smith Founder, President & CEO presented the WhisprWave®, floating water barrier technology and its applications for port security to an audience of senior level military and defense contractors.
