Image Innovations Holdings Inc. announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment, Inc. has been awarded an exclusive license by The livve Licensing Group to use the image of the popular Breast Cancer Research stamp in fine art pieces, posters, mini-art pieces, officially minted coins and other similar products Dr. Ernie Bodai, the driving force behind the Breast Cancer Research stamp, a partner of The livve Licensing Group. Concurrently, the Company announced that renowned artist Carlo Beninati has been selected to paint an embellishment of the stamp's image to further Dr. Bodai's vision. This licensing agreement with livve Licensing Group is the Company's first effort outside the world of sports.

The effort to raise the level of awareness as well as produce significant dollars for breast cancer research through the sale of a postage stamp was spearheaded by Dr. Bodai, Director of Breast Surgical Services at Kaiser Permanente. Frustrated with the pace of funding for breast cancer research, Dr. Bodai led the lobbying effort to convince Congress to issue the Breast Cancer Research stamp. After committing endless hours Dr. Bodai realized his goal in July 1998 when the U.S. Postal Service issued the first semi-postal stamp. The stamp sells at a premium, and the premium proceeds are divided between the National Institutes of Health and the Defense Department's Health Research Division to help fund the fight to "find a cure." In the six years since the stamp was first issued, more than 560 million stamps have been sold raising more than $50 million for breast cancer research.

Breast cancer is considered the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women in the United States. More than two million women are living with breast cancer in America today and yet another million have not been diagnosed. Breast cancer remains the number one cancer killer of women between the ages of 15 and 54.

The Breast Cancer Research stamp is based on an ink drawing of the Roman goddess Diana, the mythological symbol of strength and independence who overcame the perils of the world. Image Innovations Sports and Entertainment has created an exclusive embellishment of the stamp, which will be sold in various types of prints through the Company's distribution network of major retailers, cruise ships and military bases. The Company has obtained the exclusive rights to the image and expects to work with Dr. Bodai on these printed works as well as jointly develop an officially minted coin with the Morgan Mint. The Company also plans to produce fine art pieces, posters, mini-art pieces, officially minted coins and other similar products using the embellishment. The first coins are expected to be released in late October in conjunction with National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A percentage of sales of each item will be paid to CureBreastCancer, Inc. www.curebreastcancer.org)">, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing breast health awareness and education to women and their families.

"The Breast Cancer Research stamp is the best selling commemorative stamp of all time," said Michael Radcliffe, CEO and Director of Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment. "Because we believe that there is a substantial market for products reflecting the Breast Cancer Research stamp's image and the fact that we will also be contributing to an worthy cause, we feel that this licensing agreement warrants our entry into markets other than our traditional 'sports orientated' business model.

"We are proud to have Dr. Bodai work with Carlo Beninati," Radcliffe added. "Carlo has the ability to enhance the special meaning of the stamp while giving the piece a unique flair."

An acclaimed artist and Creative Director of Image Sports and Entertainment, Beninati is dedicated to documenting the history of human accomplishment -- remarkable people, historical events and the wonders of the world -- through innovative fine art. He has been commissioned by Fortune 500 companies and political, entertainment and sports personalities. Beninati's artwork has also been included in prestigious public and private collections and is prominently displayed by collectors, galleries, and museums worldwide. He has produced works of art to celebrate some of the greatest sporting legends of our time, including Alex Rodriguez, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Joe DiMaggio, Muhammad Ali, Joe Montana and many others.
