Standard Parking To Operate Wells Fargo, Pillsbur Parking Facilities In Minneapolis
Standard Parking Corporation (NASDAQ: STAN), one of the nation's leading providers of parking management services, has been selected by the real estate firm of Cushman & Wakefield to manage the main campus parking garage for employees of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Minneapolis. "We are excited about managing this new 1,400-space garage, and we are committed to maximizing the garage's profitability and helping Cushman & Wakefield meet its goals and objectives," stated Chris Johnson, senior vice president of Standard Parking.
The company also announced that Hines has selected it to manage the 590-space parking facility for the dual office tower Pillsbury Center in downtown Minneapolis. "Our package of amenities and customer services is well suited for this business and financial complex, and our continuous focus will be on enhancing the parking experience for both Hines' and the Center's tenants and visitors. With the addition of these two locations, Standard Parking now operates over 35 locations in Minneapolis," Johnson added.
