Serebra President Addresses 250 Delegates at the 16th Annual Convention of the Ugandan North American Association

Serebra Learning Corporation , one of Canada's leading providers of e-learning solutions, announced that Ted Moorhouse, Serebra's President & CEO, addressed 250 delegates at the 16th annual convention of the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA) held over the Labor Day weekend in Seattle, Washington.

The address was delivered at a breakfast session, hosted by Serebra Learning Corporation, at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Head table distinguished guests included His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, as well as several of his Cabinet Ministers and other dignitaries of the Republic of Uganda and the US Embassy of Uganda. The address covered the fit of Serebra's EasyLearning initiative into Uganda's Universal Primary and Secondary Education programs to enhance and prepare the country with sufficient skills in Information Technology, Professional Development and Vocational Education.

At the conclusion of the Serebra address, President Museveni thanked Mr. Moorhouse for the speech before His Excellency delivered his spirited remarks to the attendees. The delegates were then given Serebra's sample EasyLearning cards to test for themselves the Serebra e-learning technology and courseware.
