Arizona Aircraft Spares, Inc. Announces Contract With Concord Business Development, Inc.

Arizona Aircraft Spares, Inc. -- one of the leading military aircraft spare parts manufacturers -- announces it has engaged Concord Business Development Inc. to begin preparations of a comprehensive Business Plan. Arizona Aircraft Spares, Inc. requires a business plan in order to move forward with plans to identify mergers and acquisition candidates and seek investment capital.

A large portion of the strategic planning work that Concord undertakes is for the public company sector and the firm has established a reputation for quality documents that optimize the potential for securing capital. AZAA will work with Concord to provide materials for the development of the plan.

Concord Business has begun work and submitted a draft version of the Executive Summary for review. Ongoing work will include current and new corporate information. The process is expected to take place in the next few weeks after which time, a final copy of the Business Plan will be made available.
