"Whole Grains Can Help Control Weight"
New Study in the Journal of Nutrition Finds That Including More Ready-to-Eat Cereals, Reduced Fat Dairy, Fruits and Whole Grains in Your Eating Pattern Can Help Control Your Weight
In a new study published in this month's
Journal of Nutrition, researchers at Tufts University found that
participants who ate whole grain cereals had significantly lower body fat
and smaller waistlines as they aged.
Langley Deaver Danowitz is a 61-year-old woman who trimmed down by
combining an exercise program with a diet rich in fibrous foods.
Registered Dietician Carla Heiser further stresses the importance of eating
a diet rich in whole grains.
