Aramova Completes Purchase of Icirq, Inc.

Aramova Establishes European Subsidiary

Aramova, Inc. http://www.aramova.com)">, a pioneer in Intelligent Access Management solutions, announced that it has completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets and liabilities of Icirq UK Ltd. With the completion of this purchase, Icirq becomes Aramova's European Subsidiary, and will service and support the company's international customers.

Icriq, based in Norwich, England, is a custom solution vendor focused on providing next generation connectivity solutions in the EMEA region. The company was founded by Christopher Langridge in 1999 and has been profitable since its inception. Aramova appointed Mr. Langridge as the Managing Director of the European Subsidiary with global responsibility for Strategic Marketing and Business Development. He will directly oversee the European operation and employees.

Commenting on the acquisition, Pete Szalay, Chairman and CEO of Aramova, stated, "With the advance in 3G technologies and WWAN infrastructures in Europe, this strategic acquisition will enable us to pioneer and lead the mobile data access market world-wide with innovative solutions while providing better support to our international customers."
