BALA CYNWYD, Pa., July 28, 2004 -- Law offices of Brodsky & Smith, LLC today announces that a securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock and other securities of Ferro Corporation. ("Ferro" or the "Company") , between October 28, 2003 and July 22, 2004 inclusive (the "Class Period").
