Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc. Announces Dividend
SPRINGFIELD, Mo., June 24, 2004 -- Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc, , the holding company for Guaranty Bank, today announced a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share on 2,785,797 shares of its common stock to be paid on July 15, 2004 to stockholders of record on July 1, 2004.
