Top Analyst Firm Positions Fiorano Software in the "Visionary" Quadrant in the Application Integration Suites Magic Quadrant
Fiorano's Business Integration Suite With Fiorano Enterprise Service Bus Provides Complete Enterprise Integration Solution
Fiorano Software, Inc. today announced that
Gartner Inc., a leading research and advisory firm, has positioned
FioranoESB in the Visionary Quadrant of its Application Integration
Suites Magic Quadrant, released on May 14, 2004, which is based on research
from 10 of its top analysts.
"We believe Gartner's placement of Fiorano in the Visionary Quadrant for
integration underlines Fiorano's ability to provide reliable, cutting-edge
integration solutions to enterprises," said Atul Saini, CEO of Fiorano.
"This update of the Magic Quadrant further confirms Fiorano's position as a
leading player in the integration marketplace," he added.
"We're seeing an acceleration of interest in the ESB space," said Tom
Stack, VP of Business Development at Fiorano. "We are signing many
strategic partnerships and rapidly adding FioranoESB clients, further
optimizing our service delivery and customer experience."
Fiorano offers the world's only second-generation Enterprise Service Bus.
The Fiorano architecture allows a direct mapping of the Business user's
logical design to the IT department's physical implementation, making the
development process more intuitive and much easier than that of
conventional integration suites. "Right now, a huge amount of time, energy
and money is spent in the communication required between Business user's
and IT," said Atul Saini. "Fiorano completely eliminates this problem,
removing a major headache and expense from Integration Project Execution,"
he added.

Gartner assesses vendors on both "vision" and "ability to execute," placing
companies in relative positions within the Magic Quadrant. In assessing
vision, Gartner looks at "the degree to which a vendor anticipates and
influences the market's trends." Gartner's execution criteria include "the
degree to which the vendor has delivered a viable and competitive product
to date and its record of business execution. According to Gartner,
vendors listed in the Visionary Quadrant have a clear vision of market
direction and are focused on preparing for that, and have areas where they
can further optimize service delivery.
