Impact of Thoughts on Water

Water covers 70% of our Blue planet and our body is made of about 70% water.

Water is a treasure that we often take for granted even though it is our most precious resource.

Masaru Emoto is a Japanese Photographer and scientist. He is known over the world for his remarkable work on water and its deep connection with individual and collective consciousness.

For decades, Masaru took pictures of frozen crystals of water and tested the direct influence of the environment on the quality of those crystals.

Pollution has a direct impact on the beauty of a frozen crystal but as well words, music and thoughts. He tested the quality of water crystals by exposing it to various conditions: to written words like hate and violence and Love and gratitude. The results were just astonishing. The crystal exposed to Love and gratitude was beautiful and perfectly formed where the other one was severely degraded. He demonstrated as well the impact of Heavy Metal music versus Mozart or Beethoven and how the vibration of music impacts water.

The very shape of water crystals is modified by violence, aggression, and negative words.

The impact on Human Health

Masaru then conducted further researches on water and saw how it reacts to human consciousness and the power of intention. He demonstrated the impact of thoughts on water crystals which gives us a clue about the potential impact of the quality of our thoughts on our health, considering the proportion of water in our bodies.

We perhaps have now a good reason to think more carefully about the way we live our lives.

Imagine how much a positive attitude can potentially boost the recovery process of your body. Water is a powerful energy conductor and the quality of this water is key to our general wellbeing.

We can now prove that our thinking and feelings are affecting the number one component of our body. Chinese for millenia have been telling us that health is about maintaining the fragile balance of everything. We know now that we can help the process and by our consciousness maintain the equilibrium inside.

Feelings like fear, rage, hanger, greed, sadness are having an impact on water in our bodies and by extension our health. The first step to improve or maintain the balance of our system is to become aware. We need to realise that the natural state of health is harmony and happiness.

Each and every day is a new opportunity to try, to understand and to change.

The big challenge of the 21st century is not only space exploration, it is MIND. The more we will understand our power and the impact of our thoughts and the more we will go further in the direction of a better world.

I hope that you will look at your glass of water in a different way after this reading.

What can you do?

Take a few seconds and put your hands around your glass of water before you drink it. Project Love on this water and drink it with a great feeling of gratitude.

Take a few minutes a day to meditate and align yourself with the feeling of love and gratitude.

Try to let go of resentment and frustration because you are only damaging yourself by doing so. Instead, try to forgive others for not being who you want them to be and forgive yourself too. Be who you are and enjoy the present moment. The more you will consciously turn your thoughts and feelings toward love and gratitude, the more you will see the magic operate everywhere in your life and on your health.
