Casey Anthony Murder Trial: Sometimes Feeling is Believing

Yesterday in Orlando, Florida during the Casey Anthony murder trial, the jury was able to do something quite unusual for a jury. They were able to touch and feel a piece of evidence pertaining to the heart shaped sticker that has been in the headlines as of late.

It is not unusual for jurors to look at evidence in a murder case; however it is unusual for jurors to be able to touch and feel evidence in a murder case. During the investigation and the transferring of evidence, a heart shaped sticker that has gained so much attention in the tot mom murder case got separated from the rest of the evidence.

The jury made a request to Judge Belvin Perry and it was subsequently granted where in they requested the ability to touch and run their fingers across the evidence where raised sticker residue could still be felt.

Experts say this could be huge win for the prosecution because evidence that can actually be touched tends to stick in the minds of jurors.

Court proceedings resume today in Orlando.
